WTBA Summer Virtual Yoga
Sundays (2-3 PM)
WTBA is offering two virtual yoga sessions this summer: Saturday mornings (8:45-9:45 AM) and Sunday afternoons (2-3 PM). Both of our yoga classes will include options for beginners as well as experienced yogis. The classes will emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness as well as stretching and strengthening. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Dr. Monya Cohen, a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance therapist will be our yoga instructor.
