What is Kayitz?

Kayitz is yearlong engaging camp programming for children ages 3 through 4th Grade. Kayitz in Hebrew means “summer.” Summer vacation is a happy, carefree time when kids can be with friends and participate in enjoyable activities. Kayitz provides a safe space for families who seek supervised camp-style programming in the warm, familiar environment of Temple Beth Ami.

What is Taste of Kayitz?

Taste of Kayitz (Lev Unit) includes our Varod (Adult/Child) and Sagol (2’s program). Sagol is a Temple-run 6-week program for two-year olds. We offer 3, 4 or 5 day options. Choose which days you would like to enroll. Varod is our Adult/Child class for children 2 years and under. During this class children will become familiar with the Kayitz camp setting and will have the opportunity to meet Kayitz staff members.

Flexibility

At Kayitz, we strive to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate the needs of our families. Kayitz provides the opportunity to register for different combinations of weeks with the additional benefit of hourly Kayitz Plus AM (early morning pre-camp) and Kayitz Plus PM (post-camp afternoon) options.
