SUMMER 2026 FORMS

Camper medical forms are available through Remini, the app that Kayitz now uses for family communications.  Only campers entering Kindergarten or enrolled in a Non-MCPS school are required to submit a form signed by a doctor. All other required forms can easily be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.   An invitation to register for Remini was sent to each family.  Please be sure you can access Remini and submit forms as soon as possible.  If families can not locate their invitation, they can also go to www.remini.me/redirect.php to register and log in.
