Kayitz is excited to offer 6 weeks of Specialty Camps for rising Kindergarteners through 7th graders for Summer 2025!

Campers enrolled in Kayitz will spend half of each day exploring one specialty area each week. Specialists will work with campers to enhance skill levels in these areas. In addition, all Kayitz campers will engage in outdoor sports and water activities, art, social justice projects and more. Hot lunch will be available to order.

2025 DATES:
Week 1: June 16-20 (Closed June 19)
Week 2: June 23-27
Week 3: June 30- July 3 (Closed July 4)
Week 4: July 7-11
Week 5: July 14-18
Week 6: July 21-25

Employment and volunteer opportunities are available for rising 8th-12th graders at Kayitz every summer.  The application for summer 2025 will be posted in early 2025.  We hope you will join us!

$440 per week
($355 for the 4-day weeks of July 4 & July 14)

Member Discount: $30 discount to Beth Ami members at the time of registration.

Medical Forms for Campers:

All medical forms are available online and must be submitted for application to be completed. Only campers entering Kindergarten or enrolled in a Non-MCPS school are required to submit a form signed by a doctor. All other required forms can easily be completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Please submit forms as soon as possible.

FAQs and Policy Details

Temple Beth Ami Summer Programs were established using safety guidelines established by CDC and Maryland Department of Health (MDH).  Additionally, Kayitz will follow regulations established by Maryland Department Of Health Youth Camp Licensing.

Given ongoing changes in regulations, program offerings are subject to change. As required by licensing, Kayitz has a health supervisor. All camp health matters are under the discretion of the health supervisor.
