Currently Enrolled Families Forms
Several forms must be submitted annually before your child may attend school. All forms must be signed and dated after July 1 and submitted by August 1 before the school year begins.
All forms are accessed and submitted through Remini, the app that Gan Ami uses for all home-school communication. Sign into Remini online or open the app, use the drop-down menu on the left, and click “Forms.” All forms are listed with explanations, and these particular forms must be used. Note that some forms are completed directly on Remini, and other forms must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded, per Maryland State Department of Education regulations.

Prospective Families Forms
Here are forms to help you connect with our school. First, please complete the “School Inquiry Form” so we have basic information to maintain communications. In addition to completing this form, you can also email Paula Sayag, Director, pls@bethami.org, with any questions or to schedule a tour.
