Rebuilding Together: Help Restore a Local Shelter for Homeless Families
25 Apr @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tikkun Olam Committee Announces TBA’s Annual community revitalization project with Rebuilding Together and Shaare Torah
Friday, April 25 and Sunday, May 4
Each year, members of the Temple Beth Ami community repair and revitalize a home or community facility for local neighbors in need. This year’s project will improve a local homeless shelter serving our neighbors in Montgomery County.
We need more helping hands to get the job done.
Whether you’re a novice or a pro, you can be a handy-mensch!
- You do not need to be a professional contractor to participate. There’s work for any skill level, from sorting clothes to landscaping, painting to installing lighting, and more.*
- Open to anyone who is 14 or older (students earn SSL hours). You may bring friends and family who are not members of the TBA congregation.
- Help for a half or full day. Any time you contribute will make an immediate impact.
