Ticketing Details and Information

Here is everything you need to know:

  • Tickets will only be sent to the primary adult in each household. Whoever is the primary contact in ShulCloud will receive all household tickets. Each household will receive tickets for the adults and children under the age of 26.
  • The tickets will be sent from orders@simpletix.com (not from Temple Beth Ami), on Thursday, September 12. Tickets will be received throughout the day.
  • If you don’t see the tickets in the email inbox of the primary ShulCloud account holder, please start by searching your inbox for an email from orders@simpletix.com, as the tickets may have been filtered into a spam or other folder.
  • If tickets are not received, attendees can visit https://find.simpletix.com/ and enter their contact information to retrieve them. Please note that tickets will only be sent to the primary contact on the order to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • If you are still unable to find your tickets, please contact Alissa Miller.
  • Our new electronic ticketing system works just like airline, theater, and sporting event tickets. Use your cell phone to show your QR code for scanning when you arrive for services or, if you prefer not to use a cell phone on the holidays, you will be able to easily print your tickets in advance.
  • Tickets for friends of TBA or guests are available for purchase through simpletix directly. Please purchase here.
  • Relatives who belong to URJ synagogues can request free tickets by filling out the URJ reciprocity form. Submit the form via email to Alissa Miller or drop it off at the temple.
  • For a seamless experience, please have your QR code either printed out or ready on your phone for scanning at each holiday event.
