Ticketing Details and Information

Here is everything you need to know:

  • Tickets were sent from orders@simpletix.com to one adult per household. Each household will receive tickets for the adults and children under the age of 26.
  • If you are a dual adult household, please check each adult’s email address to find your tickets.
  • If you still cannot find your tickets, check your spam or junk folder. You can also check https://find.simpletix.com/ to retrieve them.
  • If you are still unable to find your tickets, please contact Alissa Miller.
  • Our new electronic ticketing system works just like airline, theater, and sporting event tickets. Use your cell phone to show your QR code for scanning when you arrive for services or, if you prefer not to use a cell phone on the holidays, you will be able to easily print your tickets in advance.
  • Tickets for friends of TBA or guests are available for purchase through simpletix directly. Please purchase here.
  • Relatives who belong to URJ synagogues can request free tickets by filling out the URJ reciprocity form. Submit the form via email to Alissa Miller or drop it off at the temple.
  • For a seamless experience, please have your QR code either printed out or ready on your phone for scanning at each holiday event.

Parking Information

Additional parking will be available across the street in the GSK garage. No permit is needed, but please park on Floors 4, 5, and 6 ONLY.

High Holy Days

The Yizkor prayers offer a sacred moment to honor and remember loved ones who have passed. We invite you to download the Yizkor Book for Yom Kippur. We hope that this book will serve as a meaningful tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.
