Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year

All Beth Ami members have access to our ChaverWeb information, registration, and payment system. If you have never used ChaverWeb before, or have lost your account information, please contact Bobbie Chait at bac@bethami.org.

Once you have logged into ChaverWeb…

Click on the School Registration icon

You will need to input and update information for EVERY child you are registering for Machane.

Select the class and session you wish to register for from the dropdown box located at the top of the page. Once you select the class, children in your family eligible to register for that grade will appear.

You may be prompted to answer questions to update information for each member of your family.

You will be prompted to upload a recent photo of your child. Individual photos are required for every child.

For each child you are registering, select the child\’s name and follow the prompts.

Upon completion of your registration you will receive a confirmation email that you have completed registration.

A Save the Date for the opening of school, a calendar and updated information will be emailed to you in mid- September. Placement post cards will be mailed prior to the first day of school which is September 22.
