Linda King

Year started with Machane: 2016

Professional work: Linda started her career in the hospitality industry at the Four Seasons and worked in hotel management for 14 years for Hyatt, Starwood, Ritz-Carlton, Hay-Adams and Watergate.   She was the Director of Group Sales at the Watergate Hotel until 2007 when she left to raise her family full time.   In 2016, Linda returned to the industry and now runs her own event planning business specializing in Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and weddings.

Favorite Pastime: Linda’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, Josh, and their four children, Lily, Zachary, Chase and Brody.   Linda enjoys cooking, bike riding, shopping, volunteering at Stone Mill Elementary School, visiting her parents at Bethany Beach and getting together with friends.
