Stretch, Breathe, Give Back: 10-Week Online Yoga Series
Join us for a gentle 10-week Chair Yoga class focused on stretching, breathing, and mindfulness—perfect for all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience needed. Participants should have a yoga mat, yoga belt, two yoga blocks, and a folded blanket or cushion to support your hips.
