Machane TBA Yom Ha’atzmaut Ruach Day

During Machane TBA on Sunday, April 23, students will celebrate Yom Ha’atzmaut (Israeli Independence Day).

Students will dress in blue and white, and will receive Israel-themed prizes for ruach (spirit) during t’filah (prayer).  UMD’s Jewish Acapella group Kol Sasson will perform and lead students in a workshop of creating an acapella arrangement of Hatikvah, which they will then perform.

This programming is held during a regular day of Machane TBA, and is only for Machane TBA students.
