Entering high school can be a stressful transition for students as they begin to exploring new relationships and thinking about the future. This life-changing weekend retreat at Temple Beth Ami focuses on issues of love, sexuality, and relationships within a Jewish context. Designed especially for our 9th graders to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. This year’s retreat will be led by the Miron’s successor, Rachel Simon. Rachel has spent the last 15 years working alongside and being trained by Dr. Amy and Charles Miron. Rachel is a licensed Social Worker with extensive background in clinical social work, sexuality education, and gender identity.
Registered TBA 9th Grade Students: $275
Non-registered 9th Grade teens: $375
Enrollment in TBAHigh is not required to attend this program!
*Our retreat is an overnight experience beginning Friday afternoon and ending midday Sunday. Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the retreat.
