At Temple Beth Ami, Tikkun Olam, the Jewish value of “repairing the world,” guides our work. The Tikkun Olam @ TBA leads community service and social action initiatives that bring our congregation together to make a difference in Montgomery County and beyond.
Through volunteer opportunities, donation drives, and partnerships with local organizations, we support our neighbors, care for the environment, and promote compassion and justice in our community. Whether serving meals at local shelters, collecting supplies, or raising funds to fight hunger, every act of participation helps build a better world.
There are many ways to get involved, whether you have a few hours to give or want to take on a leadership role. Our programs are open to all ages, making it easy for families, teens, and adults to volunteer together and live out the values of chesed (kindness) and tzedakah (charity).
Join us as we work to make an impact through service, partnership, and community connection. Together, we can repair the world one act at a time.
