These programs are designed to welcome new babies and toddlers into our community, along with their loving adults. A parent (or grandparent, nanny or caregiver) attends each class with the child. These programs are special ways to meet new friends and explore Temple Beth Ami.

Joeys Infant Playgroup

For children, ages newborn to 2, with a loving adult

It’s your neighborhood playgroup, hosted by Temple Beth Ami Nursery School parents. Play, schmooze, snack, and hang. Make new friends, and watch your children grow up together.

Thursdays, 9:30-11, September – December, January – May

Fee: $18 for half year

Challah Tots

For children, ages newborn to 2, with a loving adult

Monthly “Shabbat Fun” with storytelling, singing, sharing, playing, blessings, and of course challah and grape juice! Led by our own expert adult-child teacher, Mrs. Handelman.

2019-20 dates: Fridays, 10 am – 11 am, October 18, November 22, December 20, January 31, February 28, March 27, April 24, May 22

Fee: $75 for all classes (or $15 per class)

Bets to Be

For children who will be 2 years old by the following September and eligible for TBANS “Bet” classes

Children are introduced to TBANS and explore our school setting, routines and activities, while the adults share child-rearing experiences and ideas. Our expert teacher engages children and adults, as we we tell stories, sing, create, climb, and more!

Session 1: 9:45 – 10:45, Wednesdays, September 18, 2019 – January 15, 2020; $330, or $300 with member discount

Session 2:  9:45 – 11:15, Wednesdays, January 22, 2020 – May 27, 2020; $495, or $450 with member discount
