Miss Fran’s Noodle Kugel 

Ingredients 

1 lb – egg noodles 

1 stick – butter 

1 pint – sour cream 

8 oz – cottage cheese 

3 – eggs 

1⁄2 cup – sugar 

1 box – golden raisins 

15 oz – canned crushed pineapple with juices 

Cinnamon to taste 

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Boil water and cook noodles per package instructions. Drain noodles in colander. 
  2. While noodles are draining, add butter to hot pot. Add noodles back to pot and mix well. 
  3. Add each remaining ingredient mixing well after each. Add cinnamon to taste.
  4. Spray pan with Baking Spray.
  5. Add noodle mixture to pan and smooth out so mixture is in all 4 corners.
  6. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
  7. Cool before serving.
