Vaccine Clinic

We are excited to welcome back the pharmacists from the Traville Giant Pharmacy to hold a vaccine clinic at TBA on Thursday, October 23rd from 4-7 pm.  On the signup, you will be asked to select which vaccine(s) from the list below you are interested in receiving.

Please bring ALL insurance information with you, including Medicare-B Medicare-D, Medicaid, private and/or supplemental coverage. NOTE: Kaiser and VA insurance carriers may need to go to their designated locations for vaccinations.

Vaccines offered include:Flu (3+) Covid* (18+) Shingles (50+) RSV (50+) Pneumonia (50+) TDP(10+) Hep-B (7+) MMR (7+) Polio (7+) HPV (7+)
