Voting in the 2024 Election in Montgomery County
Here in Montgomery County, Early Voting starts Thursday October 24 and runs through October 31. If not registered to vote, you may do so during Early Voting as well as Election Day with proper identification.
For all information on voting in the State of Maryland, go to elections.maryland.gov and follow the easy prompts to check your personal voting information as well as review a sample ballot if you did not receive one already by mail. You can also find the location of the nearest Early Voting Center. A reliable source of candidate and other voter Information is vote411.org sponsored by the League of Women Voters.
Local races include three seats on the Montgomery County School Board. All voters may vote for in all three school board races.
In April, TBA’s Community of Action hosted a Primary Forum for candidates running for the Board of Education. The primary election has concluded, and the winners advancing to the November General Election are:
- At-Large: Harris and Montoya
- District 2: Diaz and Zimmerman
- District 4: Evans and Stewart
