Our multi-level yoga classes will emphases stretching, strengthening and breathing. The classes will include options for beginners as well as advanced students. No prior yoga experience is necessary. The classes will be held virtually on Sundays from 2:00 - 3:00 pm on the following dates: February: 12, 19, 26 March: 5, 12, 19, 26April: 2, 16, 23, 30May: 7, 14, 21, 28 June: 4 Our instructors will be Yoga Alliance teachers, Monya and David Cohen. Torah Study
Saturdays 9 am – 10 am
Led by Rabbi Pokras, Torah Study is open to anyone interested in a lively discussion of our heritage and its roots.
