Join returning Yoga instructors (and TBA members), Monya & Dave Cohen on Sunday afternoons for HATHA SLOW FLOW YOGA (2-3 pm). Options for all levels! Classes emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness, stretching and strengthening. Dress comfortably in stretchy clothes. You will need a yoga mat, yoga strap, two yoga blocks, water bottle and pillow, folded blanket or cushion.
