WTBA Summer 2020 Virtual Yoga – Saturdays & Sundays

Join Monya Cohen on Saturday mornings (8:45-9:45 am) and/or Sunday afternoons (2 - 3 pm) for Yoga via Zoom. Options for all levels! Classes emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness, stretching and strengthening. Dress comfortably in stretchy clothes. You will need a yoga mat, yoga strap, two yoga blocks, water bottle and pillow, folded blanket or cushion.
