WTBA Summer Virtual Yoga
Saturdays (8:45-9:45 AM)
WTBA will be offering two virtual yoga sessions this summer: Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. Both of our yoga classes will include options for beginners as well as experienced yogis. The classes will emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness as well as stretching and strengthening. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
