WTBA Fall/Winter Yoga

Our multi-level yoga classes will emphases stretching, strengthening and breathing. The classes will include options for beginners as well as advanced students. No prior yoga experience is necessary. The classes will be held virtually on Sundays from 2-3 PM on October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, November 6, 13, 20, December 4, 11, 18, January 8, 16, 22, 29.

Our yoga instructors will be Monya and David Cohen, both Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga teachers. The cost for the 15-week session will be $90 for WTBA and brotherhood members and $105 for everyone else. You can register for the classes through SchulCloud.  All of the proceeds from the class will be donated to Supply for Kids, Shelter support and the Rockville Days for Girls chapter.

Please dress in comfortable stretchy clothes and have a yoga mat, yoga belt, two yoga blocks, a folded blanket (or cushion to elevate your hips) and a water bottle. RSVP online by OCTOBER 30.
