WTBA Fall Virtual Yoga – Sunday Afternoons
October 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
WTBA will be having two virtual yoga sessions via Zoom this fall: Saturday morning (8:45-9:45 am) and Sunday afternoon (2-3 pm). Both of our yoga classes will include options for beginners as well as experienced yogis. The classes will emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness as well as stretching and strengthening. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Dr. Monya Cohen, a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance therapist will be our yoga instructor.
Please dress in comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat, yoga strap, two yoga blocks, a water bottle, and if necessary, a pillow, folded blanket or cushion to elevate your hips.
SUNDAY AFTERNOONS (2-3 pm)
Cot: $84 for WTBA/Brotherhood members; $98 for Temple members

*All of the proceeds from the virtual Yoga classes will be donated to Supply for Kids, Shelter Support and Rockville Days for Girls Chapter.
