WTBA Fall Virtual Yoga – Saturday mornings
8:45-9:45 am
WTBA will be offering two virtual yoga sessions via Zoom this Fall: Saturday morning (8:45-9:45 am) and Sunday afternoon (2-3 pm). Both of our yoga classes will include options for beginners as well as experienced yogis. The classes will emphasize breathing, mind/body awareness as well as stretching and strengthening. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Dr. Monya Cohen, a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance therapist will be our yoga instructor.
