Join Sarah Freedman and Moira Carin, fresh from the successful The Big Challah Bake, as they do a 2-day virtual bake-along challah class.
Day 1 – Thursday, Sept. 10: Learn how to make challah dough (by hand and machine). Then you will refrigerate the dough overnight.
Day 2 – Friday, Sept. 11: Learn how to make several different styles of round challot loaves for the High Holy Days using your previously made dough.
The bake-along will be part pre-recorded and part live (virtually) so Sarah, Moira, and Cantor Larry can answer any of your questions in real time.
