Susan Shapiro, author of The Forgiveness Tour: How to Find the Perfect Apology, joins us via Zoom to discuss the central questions of her new book:

She’ll be joined by Manny Mandel, D.C. Holocaust survivor, and Gary Weinstein, Michigan forgiveness activist, who forgave the drunk driver who killed his wife and two children.
