BITACHON, Temple Beth Ami’s Mental Health Initiative, invites you to join us online for a purposeful and useful hour with Yael Shy as together we explore how a Mindfulness practice, incorporated into our lives, can offer the peace and calm we so desire.
YAEL SHY is the CEO of Mindfulness Consulting, LLC, where she teaches and consults on mindfulness for universities, corporations, and private clients around the world. She is the author of the award-winning book What Now? Meditation for your Twenties and Beyond, and the founder of Mindful NYU, the largest campus-based mindfulness initiative in the U.S. Yael has over a decade of teaching and consulting experience and nearly 20 years of meditation practice experience in Jewish, Zen and secular contexts. She’s certified in Jewish Meditation from the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, where she serves as Adjunct Faculty.
