Jennifer A. Stollman, Ph.D., is a world-renowned equity consultant specializing in building and sustaining inclusive workplaces and educational spaces. Most recently, she worked as the Academic Director at the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation where she developed and honed diversity, equity, and inclusion techniques that can easily be used by individuals in their professional, community, and personal lives to minimize unproductive biased thinking and action.
