Erev Machane – Evening Edition Sat, Oct 12 4pm-8:45pm

Who: All Machane TBA 3rd -6th Grade students
What: Immersive 3-6th grade camp style experience that take place on a Saturday evening. The program is designed to strengthen student’s connection to the curriculum, staff, peers and the Temple Beth Ami community. This year Erev Machane Evening Edition will include welcoming games, activities and dinner, and a special fieldtrip to Butlers Orchard. At Butlers Orchard we will have hayrides, bonfire, s\’mores, havdallah, camp games and a song session.
Where: Arrival and pick up at TBA buses will take students to Butlers Orchard
When: October 12th 2019 4:00pm- 8:45pm
How to sign up: The cost is $18. Sign up by October 10, 2019 through Chaverware
Note: The following food will be served: Potomac Pizza, carrots, ranch dressing, graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate bars. (Note – This may not be a complete list)

Arrival and Departures
Drop off for Erev Machane in the TBA Chapel Lobby. Pick up is at TBA at 8:45pm. If your child will be arriving or departing at ANY TIME OTHER THAN DESIGNATED DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES, PLEASE specify in the wufoo below. Even if you have already shared it with a staff member, please include the specific information in the wufoo. We want to make sure all transitions are as smooth as possible and our staffing and supplies accurately reflect our students attending our incredible experience.
Medical and Allergy Information
Below is a link to a Wufoo survey. The survey MUST be completed for EVERY child attending Erev Machane by Thursday October 10th at 10:00am! If your child has food allergies and you need more information other than what is included on the food list above, please contact the Machane office. We want to make sure all students are able to attend Erev Machane. In order to ensure that all students have a safe experience, if your child needs to bring outside food please be in touch with the professional staff. No food is permitted without a previous conversation. Please note, everything served will be peanut and tree nut free.
