Summer Program volunteer

Join the Kayitz or Gan Ami teams as a volunteer:

Our volunteers (13 years and over and are rising 8th graders) are an integral part of our programs and are eligible for SSL Hours. Volunteers take part in all of the great summer activities while interacting with and supporting campers. Volunteers also help with set up and clean up of camp.

Please note: Given COVID-19 guidelines and licensing regulations, we may have limited positions this summer and roles may not all be directly working with children.

Important Information:
  • Volunteers for Kayitz are required to attend a mandatory staff training on June 2, 2022.
  • It is preferred that volunteers with Kayitz commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks.
  • Volunteers with Gan Ami must commit to an entire 3-week session
  • Preference will be given to applicants who can commit the most time over the course of the summer, have prior experience at Kayitz or Gan Ami, and other pre-requisites as outlined on the 1st page of the application. This is to provide consistency for our campers.
